Updated 14th October 2021.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, CCCi are supporting the needs of the community by assisting with emergency and crisis relief.

What can we help with?

Food hampers: We can help with FREE food hampers including grocery items, fresh food and other essential items. Food hampers can be picked up or delivered to home (depending on availability).

Essential goods and financial assistance: If you are in a tough financial situation, we may be able to help you with bills and essential purchases.

Vaccination support: We can provide bilingual support for vaccine access including assistance booking appointments, transport to vaccination appointments, form-filling, and accessing your proof of vaccination.

Digital connection and inclusion: We can help with connecting you to digital services, including telehealth services, bilingual online programs, or to connect online with family and friends.

We can help with referring you to other emergency assistance services.

We can help in other ways if you are facing a tough crisis.
